π― Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- π Masterβs Degree (16 years education) in Arts or Science from an HEC recognized university/institution. Higher qualifications preferred.
- π« Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience as Principal, Vice Principal, or Head Mistress in a reputable English Medium Secondary School.
- π£οΈ Excellent communication, presentation, public relations & interpersonal skills.
- π€ Ability to manage active & effective communication with students, parents, general public & media.
- π Age limit: Up to 55 years.
- π° Salary: Rs. 70,000 – 75,000 (all inclusive) per month.
π Nature of Employment:
- Contractual appointment initially for 2 years, extendable based on performance and institutional needs.

- Experience must be relevant and acquired after the specified qualification.
